If you would like to donate extra funds, please include the donation amount and if you wish the funds to be applied to the BCH-MN State Account or an Individual Chapter (list which chapter in comments). Please check the membership application form to calculate your membership dues and add an additional PayPal processing fee of $1.25 to pay online. This total amount should be entered in the top dollar amount field on the PayPal page.
